Über die Stuttgarter Nachrichten können Sie auch an Gewinnspielen teilnehmen. Verantwortlich für diese Gewinnspiele ist Stuttgarter Nachrichten Verlagsgesellschaft mbH, Plieninger Str. 150, 70567 Stuttgart, nachfolgend Veranstalter genannt.
Die Teilnahme an diesen Gewinnspielen richtet sich nach diesen Teilnahmebedingungen, sofern nicht spezielle Teilnahmebedingungen für einzelne Gewinnspiele vereinbart werden. Bei abweichenden oder widersprüchlichen Regelungen zwischen diesen Teilnahmebedingungen und den spezielleren Teilnahmebedingungen der einzelnen Gewinnspiele, gehen die spezielleren Teilnahmebedingungen diesen Teilnahmebedingungen vor.

Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel erfolgt durch das Absenden des vollständig ausgefüllten Teilnahmeformulars oder durch Anruf bei der im Gewinnspiel ausgewiesenen Gewinnspiel-Hotline. Mit dem Absenden des Teilnahmeformulars bzw. mit dem Anruf bei der Gewinnspiel-Hotline akzeptiert der Teilnehmer diese Teilnahmebedingungen.
Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist kostenlos, mit Ausnahme von Kosten (insbesondere Porto-/Verbindungskosten), die dem Teilnehmer für die Übermittlung oder Zusendung des Teilnahmeformulars, oder den Anruf bei der Gewinnspiel-Hotline entstehen. Diese Kosten werden durch den Teilnehmer getragen.
Bei postalischer Übersendung des Teilnahmeformulars fallen Portogebühren, bei Verwendung anderer Übermittlungswege (bspw. Fax/E-Mail) fallen Verbindungskosten an, die abhängig vom Beförderer/Anbieter unterschiedlich hoch sind.
Bei telefonischer Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel fallen Verbindungskosten an. Die Gewinnspiel-Hotline wird vom Dienstleister legion Telekommunikation Alchimie GmbH zur Verfügung gestellt. Jeder Anruf aus dem deutschen Festnetz kostet 0,50 EUR. Bei Anrufen aus dem Mobilfunknetz können ggf. höhere Verbindungskosten entstehen.
Die Teilnahme ist nur bis zum Teilnahmeschluss möglich. Der Teilnahmeschluss ist in der Beschreibung des jeweiligen Gewinnspiels vermerkt/angegeben. Die Möglichkeit zur Teilnahme endet am Tag des Teilnahmeschlusses, um 24 Uhr. Nach Teilnahmeschluss eingehende Einsendungen, Übermittlungen oder Anrufe werden bei der Auslosung nicht berücksichtigt. Zur Überprüfung des fristgerechten Eingangs dient der postalische bzw. der elektronisch protokollierte Eingang des Teilnahmeformulars beim Veranstalter oder der protokollierte Eingang des Anrufs bei der Gewinnspiel-Hotline.
Pro Teilnehmer nimmt nur eine übermittelte Anmeldung am Gewinnspiel teil.
Die Gewinne, die vergeben werden, gehen aus der Beschreibung des Gewinnspiels hervor.
The determination of the winners shall take place after the closing date for entries by means of a random draw among all participants. If the prize draw is linked to a task (e.g. answering a competition question), only those participants who have correctly completed the task will be entered into the draw. The organiser is responsible for determining whether the conditions for participation and winning have been met.
The winner or winners of the draw will be notified by the organiser by email or by post within four weeks of the closing date for entries. Oral notifications of prizes or prize confirmations, or notifications given in any other form, shall not be valid and shall be disregarded.
In the event of an undeliverable notification, the organiser is not obliged to make further enquiries and may determine a new winner. If the winner does not respond within one week of the prize notification, the organiser is likewise entitled to determine a new winner.
The claim to the prize may not be assigned to third parties. The prize will only be handed over to the winner. An exchange or cash payment of the prize is not possible. Non-cash prizes will be sent to the winner by post to the address provided by the winner; the organiser shall bear the shipping costs. Cash prizes will be transferred by the organiser free of charge and without fees to the bank account specified by the winner.
Any liability of the organiser for the dispatch of the prizes (e.g. dispatch of the prizes by transport companies) is excluded. The section on liability remains unaffected.
The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize, in particular for the payment of all taxes and duties associated with the receipt and/or use of the prize.
For participation in the prize draw, the provision of personal data is necessary.
This data will be processed for the purpose of carrying out the prize draw, sending the prizes, publishing the winners and, where applicable, for direct marketing. Processing is carried out for the performance of a contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(sentence 1)(b) GDPR. The data will be deleted once the purpose has been fulfilled, provided there are no statutory retention obligations.
In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of their username, name and place of residence in the advertising media used by the organiser. This includes the announcement of the winner on the organiser’s website and its social media platforms.

The organiser reserves the right to terminate or suspend the prize draw at any time if, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses, Trojans, worms, etc., or other manipulation or errors in hardware and/or software) or for other reasons, the proper conduct of the prize draw can no longer be guaranteed. Claims by the participant for performance and/or damages in the event of early termination or interruption of the prize draw are excluded; the section on liability remains unaffected.
The organiser reserves the right to change or adjust the prize draw conditions at any time.
The organiser shall be liable only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, as well as for culpable injury to life, limb and/or health.
In all other respects, any liability of the organiser is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
In particular, the organiser shall not be liable for damage arising from errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, malfunctions of technical systems and services, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses or in any other way in connection with participation in the prize draw, and, to the extent legally permissible, assumes no warranty for erroneous information or misprints in the description and promotion of the prize draw.
The foregoing provisions shall also apply to the organiser’s authorised representatives, employees and/or vicarious agents.
Unless otherwise indicated, the organiser holds all rights to the prize draw and its procedure.
